Unity Lodge
Our Unity Lodge was completed in 2014 and features 12 semi-private
bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. It sleeps 28 and is wheelchair
accessible. There is a common area with a fireplace, kitchen,
and an adjacent meeting room.

Unity has a full residential style kitchen with a large island.
It is fully equipped and suitable for making meals for groups
of 20-28. Larger groups are encouraged to use Van Es's catering
services. The great room has two large sitting or lounging areas
with an adjoining coffee bar and a large gas fireplace that is
flanked in floor to ceiling stone.

The board room seats 12 with nesting tables and chairs that can
be configured as a board table or classroom style. There is a
built in projector and sound system and a full wall of Whitey
Board for use with dry erase markers.

Each bed in the Unity Lodge has a quilt that was made by the
Unity Quilters. Bedrooms are warm and welcoming.

Harmony Centre
The Harmony Centre has two parts. On one side there is a large
(1,386 sq. ft.) conference room and on the other an indoor pool,
a hot tub, change rooms, washroom facilities.

The conference room can accommodate up to 180 people in a theatre
seating arrangement. The hall is separate from the 1,386 sq.
ft. pool area. They are connected through the common hall and
foyer. The pool is 1.5m at the deep end and .5m at the shallow
end.
We can also supply a Sure wireless microphone system with a pair
of powered Ev speakers (SxA100). We also have a Texas Instruments
(Optoma Ex 536) HDMI projector and an 8' x 8' screen for conferences.

Morning Star Hall
Completed in the Spring of 2005, the Morning Star Hall is a 4,500
sq. ft. modern building that can accommodate up to 175 people
for daily events. The facility is equipped with a 812 sq. ft.
kitchen with commercial-grade equipment. The hall has sufficient
tables and chairs, and a cozy fireplace.

We can supply firewood on request for use in the fireplace and
are able to offer a wide range of table arrangements for conferences,
meetings, meals and receptions. We can also supply a Sure wireless
microphone system with a pair of powered Ev speakers (SxA100).

We also have an HDMI-capable projector (Optoma Ex 536) and an
8'x8' screen for conferences or meetings. On the patio you will
also find picnic tables for those days when you'll want to enjoy
the peaceful scenery with your desert or coffee break.

Chapel
Built in 1950, the chapel provides seating for up to 200 people.
The chapel serves as an ideal location for romantic weddings.
It is a unique environment for worship and a quiet place of reflection.

This heritage building has a wonderful exposed timber frame interior.
It is unheated, but there is a fireplace at the foot of the balcony.
We supply firewood on request for use in the fireplace.
There are also A/V equipment available for use in the chapel.
We can also supply a Sure microphone system with a pair of Ev
150w speakers (model: SxA100). We also have an HDMI-capable projector
(Optoma Ex 536), DVD player and 8'x8' screen for large groups.
When music is required, we can provide a digital piano (Yamaha
P-200) with a 100w powered speaker (Yorkville Bloc100K).

Grounds
Located just 20 minutes southeast of Edmonton on 100 acres of
secluded, wooded land, Van-Es Camp & Conference Centre is
naturally gifted with the natural backdrop you are looking for
your wedding photos.
